Her corporate executive background in training, event planning, sales, and marketing provided the foundation for her transition to becoming a speaker and bestselling author. Drawing from this experience and her own journey from adversity to leadership, Sue founded Remarkable! in 2009 to help clients turn their challenges into opportunities through perfect event solutions. As a recognized industry expert and sought-after podcast guest, Sue is currently working on her second book: Illegitimate to CEO: How to Turn Setbacks into BIG Comebacks!

an organization giving aid to thousands worldwide.

Sue transformed her life in 1998, losing over 150 pounds and maintaining that healthy lifestyle still today. She’s been happily married for 36 years to her husband, Carmen Falcone, a Vietnam Veteran who retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 42 years, and now serves as CFO at Remarkable! Together, they have a blended family of 4 children, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Thanks to Carmen, Sue’s husband and CFO, both Remarkable! and their personal finances operate debt-free following principles from Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University.
Sue’s childhood dream of becoming a Country Western singer in Oklahoma has come full circle—now she gets to represent the top singing performers she once aspired to be!
You’ll always spot Sue in one of her trademark colorful, wide-brimmed hats in her signature colors of blue, teal, and coral, complementing her hallmark red hair. Beyond being a fashion statement, it’s practical—Sue is allergic to the sun!
When not working, both Sue and Carmen love vacationing at the beach, reading, dancing, working out, and giving back to help others succeed.
